So, if you’re a CIPD member in our locale, then please DO make sure you sign up to join us, you should find info about it in your inboxes very soon. Jo will be sharing a couple of fantastic tools that can help you as HR & L&D professionals to re-build your resilience. It’s always been a part of Meta’s mission to be actively supporting those organisations like the CIPD which support local businesses, so we’re delighted to have been invited to give this workshop. If you are in the Worcester area and would like to find out more, then contact for further information and to sign up!

After the wonderful success of our first ever virtual Meta leadership network event, we’re going to be doing another one as soon as we can. The session will focus on what the ‘new normal’ will be and how to ensure, as organisational leaders, we mitigate the long-term effects of the Covid Crisis on our staff and organisations. Stay tuned for more info from us soon!

Meta has created a new kind of leadership network, one where leaders from all sectors can share and speak their truth. Today many leaders feel that they are not leading as they’d like to.  They are so caught in the day-to-day and busyness of their organisations that they don’t get the chance to be the leader they want to be.

This is an opportunity for all leaders in our Meta network to come together and share their experiences, tell their truths, and help each other to overcome the common obstacles they face.

Each network meeting, facilitated by Meta’s Di Kamp and Jo Clarkson will be around a theme and all leaders attending will be able to share their good practice and develop their own leadership skills in a structured interactive half-day workshop.

The aim is to develop a mutually supportive network/environment where leaders can speak openly, share best practice, and learn how to thrive in today’s challenging organisational workplace. These are afternoon events and the first one is free to attend, then £100 per leader thereafter.
